Pay attention to the language used.
I guess CCW holders aren't killing enough people for Josh Sugarmann's taste. He has to use Maurice Clemmons and the power of association to drum up extra fear. Hopefully, he won't use Clemmons to pad his numbers. The reality is whether Clemmons was carrying the gun concealed or not, it doesn't change the fact that he was illegally in possession of a gun in the first place.

The latest in mass shooter in VA has a concealed carry permit. Expect Sugarmann to go into conniptions, screaming about how CCW holders are mass killers in waiting, while ignoring the fact the guy was already breaking scores of laws by building and keeping explosive devices.
