No Guns For Negroes.

JPFO's long-awaited short film on the racist roots of gun control.

It really was a fascinating film. A bit biased, though, wouldn't you say? Exactly what the fact that gun control was about dasarming the blacks at different times in our history has to do with gun control today is not clear.

But, the 500 rapes and 1,100 murders prevented every day by showing a gun, was by far the wildest assertion in the whole thing. Is that from Kleck?

While the targeted groups have changed, the purpose of gun control hasn't. It's always been about control, not guns. Specifically controlling those who those in power deem as unworthy. This is demonstrated in the fact that many gun controllers indulge in the very acts they wish to prevent lesser people from engaging in.

Like Sarah Brady straw purchasing a rifle for her son and then campaigning to close the "gun show loophole". Or Josh Sugarmann having an FFL in Washington DC making him exempt from the very gun ban he supported. Or Diane Feinstein having a concealed carry permit in a city where she helped make it next to impossible for a "commoner" to get a permit.

And the worst offenders being presidents Carter, Reagan, Bush the elder, Clinton, and Obama, all calling for the ban of "assault weapons" while being afforded the protection of Secret Service agents who carry automatic weapons.

The figure on the rapes and murder prevented are taken from the 2000 National Crime Victimization Survey.

Don't you know that survey is biased in favor of permissive gun laws ;-)?
